Drugstore Beauty Haul - plus Inglot

Next up haulin': Drugstore beauty products. And some Inglot as well. For me there's no way I was going to leave New York without a visit - or four - to their drugstores. We went to Duane Reade, CVS and even Target. Because most of my money went to Sephora and other pricey stores, I managed to do a little damage here as well. Here we go:

Maybelline 'Baby Lips'
I already own some Baby Lips to begin with, but when I saw there is stores I just couldn't leave them. I picked up two from the black line - is that a thing? - and two limited edition shades on a third or even forth trip to the drugstore. The first two are 'OH! ORANGE!' and 'STRIKE A ROSE'. The two limited edition shades I have are 'BLUSH BURST' and 'ROSE RUSH'.

February Favorites

I love watching my favorite beauty gurus on YouTube. Watching their video's is so addicting. One of my favorite video's to watch over there are 'Favorites of the month ... ' type of video's. These are video's in which they share the products they have been loving during the month that has just gone by. These types of post also made their way into the blogosphere and I though it was time I hopped on the bandwagon.

Without further ado, here are my 'February Favorites'.

Best of 2013

Tags go around everywhere, especially on YouTube. But they've made there way into the blogosphere as well. So to sum up some of my favorite things from 2013 I thought I would do 'the best of..' Tag. I actually got the idea when browsing through YouTube. Bethany Mota, Macbarbie07 on YouTube, did this Tag at the end of 2012 and I thought it was my time to do it now. I now it's already February, but better late than never right?

NOTD: Bikini so teeny

It's no secret I love me some nail polish.. Any time I spot some new nail polishes in the store you better believe some of them are coming home with me.. My wallet doesn't always agree with me though. Yes, I always win if we disagree! Damn right! That being said, I have a lot of colors to choose from. I love sharing all the prettiness that are polishes. So here's another 'Nail of the day' for you guys :) Today I went for one of my favorite Essie polishes: 'Bikini So Teeny'.

Who doesn't love a gorgeous baby blue nail polish?! This Essie polish even had a little sparkle, which sadly doesn't transfer on camera though for no reason.. Luckily that doesn't take away from this amazing nail polish though!

I love me some nail polish. The options are endless. Neutrals, brights, reds, neons, glitters, ... . Nail polishes come in all forms and shapes these days. A few weeks ago I came across the Essie Luxeffects. Described on Essie's website as over-the-top glitter nail polish coats. Thinking they were limited edition I snatched A Cut Above immediately. To my delight, I found out afterwards that they are permanent. Whoop. At the time, my best friend was with me and couldn't resist either. A few days ago I saw her nails and fell in love! She used a pale pink as a base and used the glitter on the tips to make a gradient effect. Swoon.
